Matthew O’Reilly completed a BA Honours Sports Science degree in the University of Wales Swansea. From there, he completed a Primary PGCE. During his career, he has taught from the Early Years Foundation Phase, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 based in schools in Southwark and South Wales. He has mentored student and Early Career teachers and has led many areas of the curriculum. Matthew holds a National Professional Qualification in Middle Leadership, and he is currently working towards a National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership.
